Push features to Trello boards and see each card's list status back in Productboard in real time.
The Trello integration connects product planning in Productboard to execution in Trello. Push prioritized features to your team's boards as cards, and each card's progress through Trello lists shows up back on your boards and features in Productboard. Development and operational teams keep their Trello workflow, and product context travels with the work.
Send any feature or subfeature to a chosen Trello board and list with a single action. The card is populated with the feature's name and description, plus a link back to the Productboard feature so the team can check the user context behind it.
A Trello column on your grid board shows each card's current list, updated in real time as cards move in Trello. Color coding is customizable per list, so the delivery view reads the way your team works.
Set up more than one Trello integration to send different features to different boards, or push the same feature to several boards at once. Each team sees the work where they already manage it.
Productboard admins can add the integration and need a Trello account with access to the target board.
Several limitations exist. Edits to card names and descriptions in Trello don't write back to feature names or descriptions, existing Trello cards can't be linked to Productboard features, and features are pushed individually without parent-child relationships.
Push prioritized features to Shortcut as epics and track delivery status from Productboard.
Push prioritized features to Azure DevOps as work items and sync delivery status back in real time.
Push prioritized features to GitHub Issues and track development status in real time.
