Overview

The Miro integration brings live Miro boards into Productboard. Product teams that map customer journeys, brainstorm, and wireframe in Miro keep that visual context alongside the product work it belongs to.

Embed boards in feature descriptions

Paste a Miro URL into a feature description and the board appears as a live preview. Wireframes and design explorations stay co-located with the spec they support.

Connect strategy boards to roadmap objectives

Add vision canvases, OKR maps, or workshop outputs to a roadmap objective in the editor. The strategic artifacts behind an objective render on the objective itself.

Pair research boards with feedback

Attach customer journey maps, research artifacts, or discovery synthesis boards to pieces of feedback. Discovery work stays attached to the feedback it explains.

Expand boards to fullscreen

Open any embedded Miro board in fullscreen with the Expand icon in the upper right corner of the editor. You can review the whole board without leaving Productboard.

Setup

No admin setup or authorization is required. Any user can embed a board by pasting its link into an Editor field.

1. In Miro, open the board you want to embed, select Share, and set the board's sharing permissions.
2. Copy the board link.
3. In Productboard, open any editor — feature description, an objective on a roadmap, or a piece of feedback.
4. Paste the Miro URL into the editor text field. It embeds automatically as a live preview.
5. If the board is private, sign in to Miro when prompted inside the embedded frame.
