In an industry where women make up less than 20% of the workforce, it’s clear that more needs to be done for representation and diversity. Our aim is to shine a light on these issues being faced in digital product and provide insights on how to overcome them.

With just 11% of the engineering workforce being female, 5% being from black and Hispanic backgrounds, and 28% of women leaving tech jobs citing a lack of career growth as a reason, there’s clearly a gap that needs addressing. We’ve teamed up with 383/Canvas for an online panel on 08 March where we will be sitting down and chatting with product leaders about how we can level the playing field, empower and support women intro product roles, and inspire the next generation.
