This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. You’ll work from our office at 333 Bush Street on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. You have the option to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Productboard is seeking an Account Based Marketing Manager (ABM) to penetrate and grow strategic and named accounts for the enterprise. Partnering with marketing, BDR and sales colleagues, this marketer will operationalize a scalable, one-to-one and one-to-few, multi-channel marketing motion that results in expanding pipeline and accelerating close rates with Productboard’s highest-value target accounts.

On a typical day, you will...
Assist with building and running a modern ABM program that creates personalized buying experiences for Productboard’s most strategic customers.
Partner with digital, field marketing, sales and BDR teams to develop targeted programs that drive demand in key accounts to influence and engage product champions, decision-makers, and executives, especially those focused on digital transformation and customer centricity
Own the strategic account ABM program execution including strategy, goal setting, budget, list management, campaign plans and collateral, follow-up and reporting; execute ABM campaigns against our top strategic accounts globally
Engage with sales, BDRs, digital and field marketing teams to coordinate, execute, and optimize ABM activities
Work strategically to analyze data and campaign performance, while guiding decisions and optimization opportunities.
What we want from you:
5+ years of digital/field marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Deep experience with Marketo, 6Sense, and Salesforce strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience building ABM programs at scale and implementation of a modern enterprise marketing playbook.
Understanding of how to evolve ABM strategy and tactics over time.
Hands-on experience running campaigns and programs that directly contributed to pipeline growth using modern marketing tools and channels including, but not limited to: list building and targeting, webinars and digital events, personalized websites and landing pages, account based ads, direct mail, social network targeting, etc.

The expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco area is $135,075 - $180,100. In addition to the base pay, this role is eligible for variable compensation, competitive equity awards, and benefits.
Productboard's pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
