Getting Started
The Productboard Pulse AI Agent for Slack will be available to all Productboard Pulse customers starting today. To get started:
- Ensure you have a paid Slack plan (required for AI Agent access)
- In Productboard integration settings, by Slack, select [+] or install Productboard app from Slack Marketplace.
- Authorize the integration
Once installed, you can immediately start chatting with Productboard's AI agent directly within Slack to analyze customer feedback, generate insights, and co-author voice of customer documents. Learn more about Productboard Pulse.
